There are 3 kinds of digital products sold by MoM.
-ebook These are accessed in the MY ACCOUNT section of the site in your media vault. They can be downloaded any time when you login.
- VIDEO DOWNLOAD OR STREAM These are accessed in the MY ACCOUNT section of the site in your media vault. They can be streamed in the player window in the media vault or downloaded locally.
- INSTANT DOWNLOAD These items are not stored in your MEDIA VAULT. You download the item and save it locally at the time of purchase.

Some products that are labeled - INSTANT DOWNLOAD are not streaming products and are not stored in your account. These items have to be downloaded at the time of purchase. You will be emailed a link to download and save the file locally when you order. If you need a replacement copy of the item, please contact us here
