We dispatch items within the UK by Royal Mail First Class Post(2-3days). For an additional charge you may be able to have your mainland UK order sent by Next Day Delivery (Next Working Day). You will be able to choose the available shipping options for your order during the checkout process.
Orders are collected at 3.30pm so they need to be made by 3pm, otherwise it may be dispatched on the next working day. We can not guarantee a next day service at the weekend as it depends on your area's delivery service. For example a next day order made after 3pm on a friday would be dispatched Monday to arrive to you on Tuesday.
International orders are sent by Airmail(3-10 days).
The estimated delivery times shown are an indication only the final part of the delivery process is handled by Royal Mail or a courier. We will always try to keep you updated of the progress of your order.
When products are currently in stock, we aim to process and despatch your order the same working day. However, if any items are not currently in stock, delivery may be delayed. Please therefore allow up to 28 days. We aim to keep you informed via email of the progress of your order. If you require an update at any stage though, please do not hesitate to contact our customer care team at support@magicshop.co.uk, or check our online order tracking service.
Part shipping of orders is done at our own descretion.
WAREHOUSE & PRE-ORDER ITEMS
When ordered an item which ships from our central warehouse rather than the shop, those items have an extra few days delivery time. It's really important to us that we keep you updated with the expected time your order will take to arrive to you.
On each product page we display a sign which will say one of the following:
IN STOCK AND READY FOR IMMEDIATE DISPATCH - These items are kept at our shop and will go out by same day dispatch if ordered before 3pm. After 3pm they dispatch on the next working day
PRE-ORDER ITEM - These items are advance orders and will ship to customers when the product is officially released. Pre-orders allow you to reserve a copy of a new product and also secure any bonus or introductory price or offer that may be running.
SHIPS FROM OUR WAREHOUSE UP TO 1-2 DAYS FOR DISPATCH - These items are stored at the central warehouse ( this allows us to carry over 10,000 extra products) and ship out to the shop as soon as they are ordered. When they arrive to us, we then ship them out to you. This gives you a huge range of magic items to choose from, more than a normal bricks and mortar shop could offer you. We don't charge you any extra postage and packing for this service.
As well as the product page for each item, we also inform you of the shipping time at the checkout , so we aim to keep you as fully updated as possible, on how long shipping will take.
